No appointment is necessary to tour our community; however, it is always appreciated if you call ahead to make sure we are available to provide adequate time for you to tour and ask questions. Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community. You can schedule an appointment here.
The prices will range on each floor plan.
Application fees are $75 per person 18 and older occupying the apartment. You may pay these online by credit card, a small fee will apply. All application fees are non-refundable.
How do I apply?
Click “Applicant” on the top right-hand corner of the apartment website and register or you can click here. After you register you will then begin the application process.
The resident is responsible for all of their utilities. We set up your water, trash, and sewer for you. It will be added in on top of your rent. You are responsible for setting up your electric.
What is the security deposit?
Security deposits will vary depending on qualifying criteria. Avalon At Carlsbad Apartments starts at $300.
Rent is always due on or before the first of the month.
Rent is always due on the first and a late fee of 10% of rent is assessed on the 4th of every month (even Sundays and holidays).

You may call the office, send an e-mail, or leave a message for emergency maintenance. You may also submit service requests online if you are enrolled in our online services.
Yes, if someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate for parking. If someone is permanently moving in, or staying longer than 14 days, they will need to fill out an application, pay their $75 application fee and be added to your lease agreement.
We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, prior to move-out. If you need to move-out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days prior to the lease expiring to provide your written notice.
No, you can pick the provider of your choice.
Grills are not allowed on your balcony or patio. Residents are allowed to grill at grilling areas.
If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to be let back in your apartment with a valid ID.
If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours for a small fee.
